Challenge
Following our quest to gain more insight through primary and secondary research we came up with a problem statement and developed a persona, highlighting the relevant psychographics and demographic
Our Problem Statement:
Snoocode is an innovative company that needs a very efficient way to reach persons of interest during emergencies because many locations have poor or inadequate addressing systems

Ideation & Solution
During the next step of our design process the team brainstormed and came up with 8 ideas each . Through dot voting we narrowed down the ideas to 1 each and then finally zeroed in on a single idea we could build on. This choice had to be SMART(specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound). The chosen idea (Snoocode Redbox) built on the existing software application (Snoocode), by creating a phygital experience that was both practical and simple so the technology could easily be used in rural areas. The idea was then fleshed out and pitched after many iteration were presented based on feedback given.

5 Minute Pitch
Summary
Snoocode Redbox solves the problem by mitigating the delays associated with the last mile during emergency response. It works by bringing emergency Services closer to communities by putting up container structures that house both emergency response officers and medical supplies. These Redboxes are essentially satellite emergency response posts that drastically shorten response time.
There are 2 scenarios where this is useful :
1. To attend to emergency cases that are brought to the Redboxes
2. To quickly respond to calls made to the Redbox (Using Triangulation)
